Users can request deletion of their Emergency Healthcare To Home account and associated personal data using the process below.
How To Request Deletion
- send an email to info@emergencyhealthcaretohome.co.in
- use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- include your registered mobile number and role
- mention whether the request is for patient, staff, or admin access
What We Delete
We will delete or anonymize account information, linked personal profile details, and device-token records associated with the account where operationally and legally permitted.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records that are required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security logging, or completion of existing obligations.
Response Time
