How To Request Deletion

  • send an email to info@emergencyhealthcaretohome.co.in
  • use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • include your registered mobile number and role
  • mention whether the request is for patient, staff, or admin access

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize account information, linked personal profile details, and device-token records associated with the account where operationally and legally permitted.

What May Be Retained
